Find out what your funnel is actually leaking.

I opt into your offer as a real lead, watch what happens for 72 hours, audit the backend behind it, and send you a written breakdown of every gap I find with a dollar figure attached.

Two minutes to request. About a day for me to run. You get one email.
$300ka month in cash collected, backend is mine
2,633registrants found never booked in one audit
6,858replies nobody had ever seen
4 yrson the phones before I built any of it
How it works

Three steps, and you do almost none of them

This is not a discovery call in disguise. I do the work first and you get the findings whether or not we ever speak.

STEP 01

I become a lead

Burner email, burner number. I opt into your funnel, register for the webinar, book a call, then deliberately no show. Then I wait and log every single thing that reaches me, and everything that does not.

STEP 02

I read the machine

What your funnel does from the outside tells me what your CRM, your automations and your follow up are doing on the inside. Fifteen years of this stack looks the same from the outside once you know where to look.

STEP 03

You get the number

A written breakdown of each gap, ranked, with what it is costing you a month based on your own volume and price point. Fix them yourself, hand it to your team, or ask me. Genuinely up to you.

“A six figure month was being tracked as eleven thousand dollars. Nobody in the business knew which number was real.”

What I found on day one inside a coaching offer now collecting $300k a month in cash. Every dollar is captured, reconciled and visible the same day.
What I check

The places money actually goes missing

Not a generic marketing audit. These are the specific failures I have found and fixed inside live offers with real sales floors.

The capture gap. How many people sign up versus how many actually reach your CRM. On one audit that was 600 in and 300 arriving.
Speed to lead. How long a real human waits before anything happens, and whether anything happens at all.
No show recovery. What reaches someone who registers and does not turn up. Usually nothing, and it is usually your cheapest money.
The dead pool. People who raised a hand and were never booked. They sit in every CRM I have ever opened.
Unseen replies. Inbound texts and DMs that nobody on your team ever sees because the inbox is not the one they work from.
Double dialing. Whether two of your setters are calling the same lead, and whether anyone is calling outside that lead's own hours.
Reporting truth. Whether the numbers your team reports and the money your processor actually took agree with each other.
Rep accountability. Whether what a rep types into a form is the thing you are paying commission on. It usually is.
Honest qualification

This is worth your time, or it is not

WORTH IT IF

  • You are doing $30k a month or more
  • You have setters, closers, or both on the phones
  • You run a webinar, a VSL, or paid traffic to an application
  • You just turned ads on, or are about to
  • Your ops person left and nobody picked it up
  • You ask someone else what your numbers are

NOT WORTH IT IF

  • You are under $30k a month, there is not enough volume to leak
  • Nobody gets on the phone, it is all self serve checkout
  • You are ecommerce or a local service business
  • You already have a full time ops hire who owns this
  • You want someone to run your ads or write your copy

Let's find your leak

Eleven questions, about two minutes. I need the link to your funnel so I can actually run it. Everything else just makes the teardown sharper.
